Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy has a proven record at successfully treating the three main types of phobia:

Hypnotherapy treatment for phobias is systematic and effective, beginning with developing an effective relaxation or anti-anxiety technique before using hypnosis and self-hypnosis to build confidence and a greater sense of control.
We work together to create a clear list of the sources of the fear before progressively moving through them to systematically 'desensitise' you to those fears. By repeated imagining of those situations under hypnosis and practicing deep relaxation, we build a new automatic relaxation mechanism of natural calmness.
The method of "systematic desensitisation" has a long history of effectiveness in clinical studies - and when combining this with hypnosis we achieve positive, permanent results more rapidly.
